Psychological Assessment

Typically, assessments are indicated if there is a question about diagnosis and/or a need for services or accommodations at school or in the workplace. For example, you may wonder if you or someone close to you is suffering from a diagnosable condition like depression, anxiety, ADHD, or a learning disability. Or perhaps your son or daughter needs classroom accommodations to help them demonstrate their true capabilities despite limitations presented by a learning difference or developmental delay. These are but two situations in which a psychological evaluation by a licensed clinician may be informative and directly beneficial.
