Payments & Insurance Reimbursement
At Synergy, we provide support on a private pay basis, which means our clients pay directly for their sessions.
Upon starting therapy at Synergy, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate from your therapist that will clearly outline the anticipated services and fees.
If you would like to be reimbursed for your visits by your insurance company, please let us know and we will provide you with an insurance claim form listing the services you have received. This form should be submitted to your insurance company so that you are reimbursed directly for the fees that you have remitted to Synergy.
